Our Honey

Our Mission is to bring you the very best tasting honey produced in North Dakota. We are lucky to live in a place that produces honey that is just really, really good. The taste and color of honey varies from the different nectar sources available to the bees. Our bees primarily forage on the flowers from yellow sweet clover and alfalfa. These nectar sources produce a unique honey that is both subtle and sweet, while also very light in color.

Our bees make honey from mid June through mid August.  With the help of a short term crew, we harvest the honey from late August into early September.

Our honey is bottled raw and unfiltered, maintaining all the beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and traces of pollen. Since honey naturally crystallizes over time, we package it in wide mouth containers so it stays easily accessible.
